Newly remodeled 3 bed 2 bath cabin nestled within the pines in Pinetop Country Club with hiking, golfing, fishing, horseback riding and more just minutes away! 32 miles from Sunrise Ski Mountain! Sleeps 6 comfortably!

**SUMMER 2025 UPDATE: Mini split AC units installed in each bedroom in October 2024!**

-2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, all new beds!

-2 car garage, private drive.

-Fully stocked new kitchen and grill! Coffee, tea, spices, etc available for guests. All cookware, bakeware, utensils, etc are new!

-Wood-burning fireplace. Duralogs will be provided. For safety reasons please only burn Duralogs in fireplace

-Secured front wrap around trex deck with seating and heater.

-Desk/workspace area with high speed wifi with (500+ mbps).

-Smart TVs, ceiling fan, and mini split AC unit in every room with Hulu, Netflix and more!

-Pet-friendly with dog run! 2 large kennels under the master bed, dog bed in closet, dog bowls in kitchen island drawer. Please wipe down kennels if used before storing away and wash dog bed if used. *Please do not leave pets in the home unattended* *Aside from the dog run, the property is not fenced, please keep all pets on leash outside of the fenced areas*
*There is a $50 fee PER pet. Cats must be disclosed due to extra cleaning protocols. Any non-disclosed pets will incur a higher charge*

-In-garage NEW full-size washer and dryer.

-Sit back and relax in the gorgeous living room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, wet bar, leather reclining couches, and 70" 4k smart TV.

-Located in a quiet neighborhood

*There are stairs at each entrance of the home which may be difficult for those with mobility issues*

*Both bathrooms have a bathtub/shower combo. There are no walk-in showers*

*The home does not have central AC, however, each bedroom does have a mini split AC unit and a ceiling fan! The common areas of the home stay very comfortable in the summer with the vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans*

*The home does have a ring doorbell that is not monitored while guests are staying. There is a trail cam on the property (not pointed at the house) to catch wildlife passing through*

We stayed here with my family! The cabin was super clean, functional for our family and our golden loved it! The dog run is a must have so we were happy to have that! Abby was amazing at communication even offered to let us have a late checkout due to the crazy storms! The cabin is located in a quiet gorgeous neighborhood! Highly recommend this place.

Highly Recommend! The moment we walked in the cabin was so inviting. High ceilings, open spaces, clean and updated decor and appliances, pet run and spacious deck. We enjoyed it all! The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed our walks looking at all the gorgeous cabins. This is a great location within the Pinetop Country Club/Pinetop Lakes Community. Quiet and Peaceful. The host was very friendly, responsive and we were able to bring our cat! Thank you, we look forward to another visit!

This mountain home is exactly as described - lots of room and in a great neighborhood. The home was clean and everything we could need was provided. The beds are very comfortable as well. We definitely recommend!

This home was an instant home away from home the second we walked through the door! We were traveling with our two golden retrievers who immediately fell in love with the home as well. The home has been lovingly cared for and well stocked. Abby has thought of everything and she is responsive if you have any questions. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy and clean. The location of the home is perfect as well! We are looking forward to returning for a second visit very soon!

Family Easter Vacation in the Snow

Pinetop getaway

Abby the owner, is so helpful and easy to deal with. Responded quickly and made us feel at ease. Took care of any questions or concerns we had. Cabin is in a great location and has easy access through the garage. Kitchen is lovely and easy to move around in. And the reclining sofa was a dream compared to other places we have stayed. TV was also a nice size in the family room. We ended up staying another two night. Had a lovely getaway. Abby is the best host we have had. We have stayed in Pinetop for 6 years now, every summer. Hands down she does whatever it takes to make your stay a good one.

We enjoyed our stay again. The cabin has a great floor plan, is well furnished, was very clean and is in a great location. The host is also very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Love sitting out on the deck in the evenings.

Wonderful Cabin

This was our second stay. It is a great cabin, very clean, nice floor plan and in a very private, quiet location in the PTCC area. The host (Abby) was on top of everything and very helpful. Five stars. Plan to stay here again.

Excellent Cabin

We spent two very enjoyable weeks in the cabin. The home is in great shape and was well stocked and very clean. The floorplan is very livable too. Comfortable bedrooms and a nice open main room with a very functional kitchen. Abby was a great host and on top of everything. We plan to return for sure. Two thumbs up.

Fantastic cabin retreat

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Abby's cabin over Thanksgiving. Abby was an incredible host, very responsive when exchanging messages and accommodated us when requested. Everything you could need was provided, the space was great and the neighborhood was fantastic for taking daily walks around. What was the best was that the property was dog friendly - it made our stay with our pups that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks Abby!

Post Holiday Weekend

My husband, adult aged daughter, and our 2 pups had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home! Everything was clean, organized, well laid out and there wasn't anything that the home didn't have for cooking, cleaning, yard, pups, etc. The beds and furniture was comfortable with plenty of space. The area/neighborhood is lovely - lots of options for walking, hiking and close to town; we cooked but also had some great meals at the Lion's Den (local tavern with live music), Darbi's Cafe (breakfast), and the Pinetop Brewing Company. Check-in, check-out was smooth & Abby was great at communicating prior to and throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and stay at this home again!

Great for families with dogs

We stayed with our kids and two dogs for 4 nights. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to cook, the living area was nice, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. It was dog-ready with raised beds, two large crates, and water/food bowls. The enclosed dog run was convenient. The place was very clean without a trace of other guests’ dogs. It was in a great area perfect for taking walks throughout the community.
