He flat-out said he didn’t want to refill it. There was no one else waiting behind my family, so it’s not like he was busy. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and shows zero respect for guests."
"We chose this hotel mainly due to the kitchen, and found it to be a great spot to stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was nice. The free breakfast was among the best we’ve had (and we use the free breakfast in many hotels). The equipment in the fitness center was functional. I would recommend to anyone. You couldn’t get a better place for the price if you want a kitchen and sitting area in your room. "
"The place was very very clean. Cleaner than most hotels. Host was very prompt with answers and contacted promptly with different things that arose before we arrived. The neighborhood seems a lil sketchy but it was very quiet and seemed better than the appearance. I would definitely stay again "
