"The place is doable for a QUICK stay as far as like maybe a night or so I don't feel like it was what I expected from the pictures I seen but I also could have further researched as well. "I booked this room specifically with the mindset of using the pool. I do need physical therapy in the water, even on trips in order to be able to walk better on land. When I arrived and asked about the pool hours, I was told the pool was closed and needed to be certified before opening again. I asked why was it not stated in the listing the pool was unavailable? The man at the desk said it just happened. I do not believe the pool was just broken/needed recertification within less than the week of my booking. I didn't have time to debate with him, but he knew I was very displeased. I did not have time to search for another hotel with a working pool, since I had a meeting to go to soon. So for the 3 nights, that I had a rigorous schedule, I was in pain. The toilet was quite low in the King room, which didn't help matters. The breakfast tables had dried dirt/food on them when we went to sit down. I even tried to wipe them off myself, to no avail. If you want a good night sleep, you better love city sounds like an expressway of cars zooming by, honking, and motorcycles revving. In our hallways it smelled like someone was smoking weed several times on at least two of the three nights. I travel to the Charlotte area often, and will never stay at this place again."
