Our second stay at this property. Was an obvious choice to return here when visiting in Charlotte. Fairfield always delivers clean quality rooms and friendly staff. The breakfasts downstairs are plentiful and very convenient. Because of _this_ Fairfield, we chose to select a Fairfield in Tulsa a few months earlier rather than shop around across the other mid-range hotel chains. Looks like as we are now retired and travelling more we've found the consistency in hotels and will continue to use Fairfield on our future travels.

The pool was closed for our entire stay, which was the reason I booked this hotel (to enjoy the outdoor pool) :/ There was an issue with the AC in main areas, so our hallway felt like a sauna and was really smelly/musty--same with the elevators. Our room carpet was sticky under bare feet. Our room was very clean, which was very nice. Breakfast felt a little limited. I would not stay here, again.
