"I loved the VALUE, simplicity, and cleanliness of this hotel. It's also located right by Old Tustin (charming shops and restaurants) and the Tustin Marketplace (modern shops and restaurants). It's right by the freeway for very easy access to all the attractions in Orange County (Disneyland, the beach, etc.) and very close to Costco for cheap gas. As the location is right next to a freeway, it could possibly be noisy but I didn't notice it (I was in the section of the hotel furthest from the freeway). I love that it has a simple and cute pool, and I would've used it, but as a single traveling gal, I didn't feel comfortable using it alone as it's in the center of the hotel for all guests to see. I also didn't realize that the transparent curtains which allow daylight in also had a thicker blackout curtain behind it for night. I would highly recommend it if you like a great value, simplicity, cleanliness, and convenience. There is another hotel right next to it called Lemon Heights or something like that, that looks similar."
