Area is fantastic but property condition is not great definitely not 3 star. Staff in the breakfast area(not same building ) were nice but there is no reception in the property.

This is a family owned business for 30+ years and you can tell. I was treated so kindly by all the staff. The location is fantastic and it was so nice to wind down the evening with a beverage listening to the water in a quiet spot. Breakfast was great too. I didn't want to move on to my next city vs stay there, relax and enjoy.

Perfect location, right next to Pile Gate and on west port. It’s absolutely stunning! Excellent food and quick, efficient service at the restaurant. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier!

Some staff very stern and unfriendly. Beautiful views! Breakfast…no menu. Only asked if you’d like eggs every day. Broken window in bathroom with electrical tape that would not stick. Very convenient location to Old Town and all it had to offer!

The room did not meet our expectations. The floor was not swept or washed on check-in. The furniture including the bedding all needed replacing. We could hear the plumbing and guests from other rooms. I would not book again. The positives; the breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

This was an amazing place overall. The room itself is very average but the bed was comfortable and everything worked. The location is spectacular, right on the water and less than a 5 minute walk to get into old town. The best part about this place was the staff. They were extremely friendly and always around. The complimentary breakfast was also spectacular. I highly recommend this place!

Last minute break!

Just home from a quick 2 day stay here with my daughter, the staff are amazing and very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, excellent location, only 5 minute walk from the old town, would definitely recommend for a short stay.

Although the area was fantastic with exceptional views of the ocean from their restaurant, the room itself was quiet outdated, unkept and small. The air conditioning worked great and water pressure was perfect. Staff is very kind and helpful. Having early tours, it was promised that a box breakfast would be ready for us on 2 occasions which were both forgotten. For their mishap, they were so kind to offer a free supper and drinks. Extremely challenging to find the hotel as the check in is actually at the Orhan restaurant.

The location is perfect and the view from the restaurant is superb. The half board option is recommended and will enable you to enjoy the restaurant’s great food and service. Don’t think twice about booking.

my stay in dubrovnik

i found this room on hotels.com and it had everything i needed close to main centre of dubrovnik croatia also the place was near a lovely beach and it was two minutes from my room so i swam everyday the restraint was on my door step the apartments were owned by a family which had been there a few years and were all helpful and all very nice
