"Clean, spacious room. Staff was so friendly!"

"It is a nice hotel and very clean. The staff who clean do an excellent job. But if I’m honest I’ve had to work with Fairfield booking multiple times in the past and they always are making mistakes. They don’t book dates right, I have seen some be rude to customers, I have been mischarged at times. I have to use this hotel for local events but honestly wished I had betters options just because the front desk people. I have tried to work with sales by email and not get responses. The only good thing I have found at this place in it’s clean but it is very overpriced."

"The first room we were given had puke or other bodily fluid on the bed skirting and hair in the bathroom. We were then given another room on the 2nd floor. When walking up the stairs there was a strong odor from someone using a spray gun to paint over the brown water stained ceiling tiles. The paint particles were lingering in the air making me want to gag. We continued to the room where it smelled like a chain smoker was living there for a year. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel. In my personal opinion the building should be condemned."

"Very average place. Pretty clean. Nobody on site to help with anything. No bed changes or extra towels. Hopefully that they actually washed the dishes that we used instead of relying on the people before us to wash them."

"The rooms were very spacious and I really liked the open atrium design in the hotel. We also enjoyed the free breakfast and Happy Hour complimentary drinks & snacks!"

"The pictures need to be changed . The property does not look like the pics . It was dark doors do not close properly. We waited an hour for shuttle service when they finally came he passed us up as we are flagging him down. We uber to hotel dingy overflow of trash in halls our room door was wide open. Went back to get another room and the door was kicked in didn’t close /lock properly. I left went to another hotel this place was disgusting I have pictures "

"This day was OK. The hotel is new so there’s really not much to review because the place is clean.. Rooms are super small though. The first one I was put in the people upstairs must’ve had kids because the walls were like paperthin.. staff was very nice and changed our room which was much quieter"
