"We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10"

"All the concierge staff (Sassy, Kevin and others) were extremely accommodating and made sure that we were taken care of the entire stay. The rooms were clean and all the staff we were in contact with were so pleasant and friendly, even the general manager (he's very hands on). It was a small beachfront but it lend to an intimate atmosphere. My massage with Julian was very good and relaxing. Overall, an amazing stay! Highly recommended! "

"Everything was nice! The host, driver, and the housekeeper were very nice and helpful the entire stay! The views are breathless! The only feedback - guests will need to prepare to go up and down the driveway to get to and from the villa, which can be a nice workout! Overall, everything was good. I would recommend staying here. Great service!"
