Unit is ADA accessible with ADA Toilet, grab bars, shower seat & hard surface floors. Home features Indoor and Outdoor Pools and hot tub.

Great location close to Traffic Light #1

We offer leather furniture and upgraded wood flooring and appliances. Free Wifi and Cable with HBO in all rooms.

Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Walmart or Kroger.

We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Just one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.

Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

Overall a good stay. Location of condo was great. Only a few minor things kept it from being a 5 star. Upon arrival there were dirty hand towels and rags in the washing machine. The bathroom shower could use some work. The shower head leaked and the back shower wall leaked and allowed water to get onto the floor. Apparently it was an ongoing issue because the trim around the shower showed signs of being exposed to water. One of the bathroom sinks also wouldn’t drain properly. But other than those few minor things the stay was good. We would definitely return to the resort but would probably look at renting a different condo.

The location was perfect and the place we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room for the family, and for the most part it was pretty quiet as well. The place was pretty clean and the amenities were pretty good too. I would stay again and recommend it to everyone.

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and easy to get to, but getting out could pose a problem for summer guests as it wasn’t busy when we were there. It was quiet and a nice getaway for our family for a couple of days.

Perfect getaway!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights during the Jeep Invasion and were completely satisfied. The condo was clean and comfortable. Although we never made it to the pool it was just across the parking lot. We are most surely going to stay there on our next visit to Pigeon Forge.

We had a great stay in this condo. It was perfect for us with just the right amount of space. Close to everything and easy to get to. Very well taken care of and clean. Everything was just as it was described in the comments. Maybe even better! We will definitely be staying here again.

Quick weekend getaway

I was pleasantly surprised by this condo. I am somewhat of a clean freak and this condo was well kept, clean and very spacious. It was super close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Me and my two teen girls had a great time. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was ready before check in time and was clean and we enjoyed our stay love how we have access to the pools and basketball court and the swings by the walking trail the kids used the side walks to drive their new RC cars. The kids also kept asking to go back to the room to play instead of shopping more

A Nice Retreat

This was the perfect place for my family of 5! The condo was clean and quiet. The TV in the living room looked new (bigger than photo on the listing) and my family appreciated that for a movie night. The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed. We also loved the quiet balcony with the beautiful view. My husband who gets very stressed on vacations was won over by this place - he was able to relax and enjoy. It was close to all of the city attractions but tucked away and quiet.

Best Condo in PF

This is the best condo we have stayed at in the Pigeon Forge Area. I loved how closed it was to the parkway and the trolley stop. We could walk just about anywhere we wanted or take the trolley if where we wanted to go was a little further out. The home itself was great and gave my family the space we needed and the balcony was a nice treat to relax on after a long day. The condo complex also had 2 pools, a hot tub, playground, and basketball court that our kids loved. Pick this place and you won't be disappointed with your next stay in Pigeon Forge

Great mini vacay

Condo was close to everything. Condo was very nice and clean. Washing machine had some issues. This was our only downer. As we pack light and use washing machines when we go places. Had to make other arrangements. Owner told us to try balancing the basket in machine but it looked like a bolt was missing to hold it in. Didn’t want to mess it up any worse. We would go back to this location. The owners thought of everything during our stay. Thank you.
