Sleeps 6 if you utilize the sleeper sofa. The condo was immaculate. The host was professional and always available for any questions or needs. Highly recommend this property. Resident bear made an appearance. The walk down to the Parkway was easy, however, we caught the trolley back up.

Family vacation

Grandma and Grandpa rented the Snoring Bear condo and our three kids and five grandkids rented other condos at Holly Ridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Snoring Bear and we all enjoyed staying at Holly Ridge. We walked downtown to shop and eat and thought the location was perfect for our needs.

We had THE BEST visit. Snoring Bear condo was perfect for my husband and me, and my parents. It's far enough from the crazy of downtown Gatlinburg, but close enough to walk to it. There is also a trolley stop at the foot of the main drive if you don't want to walk.Everything about this trip was awesome. The condo was clean and well stocked. Instructions for using the tv were clear and simple. We got to see the resident bear twice!We have been talking about making this an annual trip and will definitely look to stay here again if we do.Thank you so much for being a part of this amazing trip!

This property is in the perfect location. Just minutes from anything you want to walk to but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. The unit was clean, warm, and cozy. We will definitely book this unit again for our next mountain stay.

The location of the apartment was just perfect. Walking distance to lots of attractions yet very quiet. The apartment was decorated with lots of love, was super clean and had everything a family could possibly need. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we loved having a pool. Great location. Just a short walk to town which made it so convenient. Clean, cozy and spacious. Large balcony that gave you that extra outdoor space to drink your morning coffee etc. The parking lot was a few short steps away from the front door. Would stay here again!

Grand Baby Vacation

Very impressed with the location and the cleanliness of the property. Clay Dalton and his wife were very tentative to our needs. The kids enjoyed the pool immensely (stayed in the pool for hours). The property had everything we needed and was close to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Will stay here again on our next trip.

Family Vacation in Gatlinburg

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Snoring Bear Holly Ridge Condo in Gatlinburg. The condo was just as expected and the owner, Clay was easy to contact and checked in on us when we arrived! Spent the week with my kids and we had plenty of room. Beautiful photos decorate the condo and It was very homey! Would absolutely recommend this property!
