Family vacation

Grandma and Grandpa rented the Snoring Bear condo and our three kids and five grandkids rented other condos at Holly Ridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Snoring Bear and we all enjoyed staying at Holly Ridge. We walked downtown to shop and eat and thought the location was perfect for our needs.

Great place, great owners

We had a great stay in July. The place was just as advertised and the owners were very helpful with suggestions up front before the trip and responsive with the one question we had while there. Would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Gatlinburg. The location was great and we walked down to the "strip" often.

The condo was very clean and well supplied. It was just as expected from the listing! We were able to walk to the main street for meals and shopping. I loved that it was within walking distance! We really enjoyed our stay!

The condo is great. It is convenient to town and super nice.

Condo is wonderful. We went for Christmas and could not have had a better time. It is convenient to towns dm can walk to pretty much everywhere. I recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Gatlinburg and we will be using it again.

Great Condo!

Loved this condo. Very clean, nicely furnished and decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Location was within walking distance to all of the action, yet was located in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful view and quiet location!

Having a beautiful view while still being walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg is definitely a win! The size and layout of condo is perfect for families with small kids as well. Not to mention this has been the quietest condo we've ever been to. We'll absolutely be back!

Nice and spacious 2 bedroom condo in-town.

This 2 bedroom condo has a large separate kitchen (that is fully stocked with cook ware and even coffee filters salt and pepper etc.) which is one of the larger kitchens that we have stayed in downtown. The living room is also larger than others we have stayed in with plenty of seating. The bedrooms both had king sized beds that were comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and will look to stay here again if available!

This condo is absolutely perfect! Tucked away from the busyness of Parkway, but close enough to walk to everything. It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The salt water pool is fantastic! The owner reached out to us before our arrival and was easily accessible if we had any questions. Can’t say enough good things about this property! We would definitely stay here again!

Snoring Bear was fabulous

This condo is so warm and inviting. Such a comfortable place to stay and come home to after a day hiking and exploring. We used the back stairs to walk to the Main Street a few times a day and found the location be very convenient. Definitely try Pancake Pantry and The Best Italian pizzeria in Elks Plaza. Yumm! Thank you for such a lovely, welcoming place to make home base!

Weekend getaway

Clean and comfortable condo close enough to walk to downtown restaurants and other attractions, but just far enough away not to hear the noise of the main strip. National Park is minutes away. Owner was pleasant to message with and even told us that bears had been visiting a few days before our visit, but we did not see them during our weekend stay. Have already told a friend about the condo. Will definitely stay here again if we visit.

Snoring Bear Fall getaway.

Our overall impression of this property was just as described in the Website. The 2 bedrooms worked great for 2 couples that reconnected after 30 years. It is close enough to town to walk yet quiet at night to sit on the deck. They provide you with the essentials for a relaxing vacation. Needed to contact the owner for a question and was able to get ahold of him right away. Would stay here again.

The condo was decorated so cute. We could walk to anything we wanted to go see or do. We could also take the tram if we didn’t want to walk. Great place’s to eat and lots of things to do. Having a washing machine and dryer is a bonus for people who don’t want to take home a lot of dirty laundry.

We were pleasantly impressed with this condo. You will not be disappointed with your stay. Even had a Christmas tree and decorations in the condo. That was a beautiful surprise. Super clean super nice perfect condo! We ❤️ Snoring bear condo! Everything was even better than expected! Clay and Glenda are amazing! Great Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is so cute. We took the steps going down the back of the property to the road and walked right to main street, about 1/2 mile walk. That road comes right out on main street, beside Ripley's Believe It Or Not. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and queen size bed in the second bedroom.... hooray for no twin beds!! Clay is a great host and communication was outstanding. Thank you!
