Just the Basics
This place is great if you're looking for just the basics with a great location. Felt safe, easy to get around, provides ample sleeping and bathroom area for 4 people. Great communicate and renter always got back to me quickly. I appreciated that no clean up was required on my part when checking out. Kitchen items are minimal and some dishes were dirty, couch was broken on one end, shower water pressure was non-existent, and couch recliner didn't work well. House has no manuals so I had to ask about how to find the pool. One thing of note about the pool- there isn't a lifeguard on hand however we learned that there is a security camera with someone watching swimmers. This become an issue as the maintenance man monitoring the camera came to the pool with screenshots of kids on his phone to yell about them leaning on the pool rope. This seemed incredibly inappropriate and unsettling. It needs to be better communicated that children are being recorded/monitored while swimming at the pool.

Location was fantastic, view was even better. But the condo its self was not very good. Back door handle was non existent, the hottub drain didnt work so you couldnt use the hottub, the shower handle is also kind of janky. The owner or condo manager didnt accommodate us for an entire week stay [2 days of trashbags, dish soap, laundry soap for their lennins] if it wasnt for the view and the location i wouldn't have gave it 3 stars overall.

This condo was very spacious, close to a lot o entertainment, and accommodated our family well. I will say the comforters were dirty with red stains on them that had obviously not been washed. The other linen seemed cleaned with no stains and the towels were clean as well. There were a few items left from previous tenants so I wondered how well the cleaning crew did before we got there.

The condo is beautiful and spacious! Great location! Beautiful view from the balcony. Only issue with the condo was the family room tv didnt want to work properly. Not a worry for our stay though. Will be back!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge, the location of this condo is good. It is close to the strip so it convenient to get to lots of things to do. As other visitors have commented I would agree that the front door looks like it was broken into and is definitely not a good 1st impression for your stay. We were very concerned about the security of the condo and leaving our personal belongings in the condo when we went out. I would say the overall cleanliness of the condo is good but they need to at minimum professionally clean the carpet in the bedroom. I believe that every visitor has had an issue with the washing machine and like them it broke the 1st time we used it, during our stay. I would say if you are going to advertise that you have a washing machine then you should replace it as it is obviously an issue. I reached out many times with questions and never received a response from the hosts. Lack of communication was not good in my opinion.

Great location, nice place, needs some repairs
We enjoyed staying at this condo. The kitchen worked well for us to prepare 1-2 meals there for our family of 4 each day. The small number of dishes meant we had to wash dishes without a full load, but the dishwasher worked great. Everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the layout was great to have space for the kids to sleep but also be able to shut the bunk doors and make the most of the living space. We went to the pool one day and enjoyed that amenity. The internet service is not the best. We couldn’t get enough signal to use Netflix for family movie nights until day 4 of our stay, and it was hit or miss to be able to book tickets for local attractions on our phones. The biggest disappointment was that the washing machine wasn’t working, so we had to go to a laundromat. I advised the property management company about the washing machine, internet problems, and a few other needed repairs. Overall, great location for the Smoky Mountain area, nice place, just needs a little more attention to detail between stays to ensure everything is ready to use for the next guest.

Property needs some updates
First of all, the elevator in this first building(oldest I'm guessing) was filthy and was never cleaned the week we were there. The condo had a door that looked like a break-in had occurred (found out the owners son lost his key and did this ???) The kitchen was not very well stocked with utensils and pans. The washing machine was HORRIBLE. It rocked so badly, we were afraid it would come through the door into the kitchen! And we DID NOT over load it. It just needs to be replaced. The television went out on our first night and had to be replaced, so people were in the condo while we were out during the day (one day to try to fix it and the next day to replace it). That made us a little uncomfortable not knowing who was coming in and out. On the plus side, the location is great and the area is quiet. We have stayed in these condos in the past with our grandchild and the playground and indoor pool is very nice. We would definitely stay in this condo area again, but would probably get a different unit.

Amazing little place
We can here with our two young children and it was perfect. Super close to Dollywood and Splash Country. Lots of restaurants close by. Little playground and pool too. Condo was equipped with everything we needed for me, my husband, toddler and baby!

Very nice trip
My hisband and I were Celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary. We had a short weekend trip. We enjoyed our stay and the condo was extremely nice. We will stay again and tell our friends and family to stay also. Great price and graat location. Only one complaint. There were no washcloths in the bathrooms.

Was a good stay. The first night the air/heat was out so it got 80+ degrees in the room so it kept the kids up all night. Next day while we were out they came and fixed it and the next night everyone slept great. Washer does not work so we couldn’t do laundry. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t have a lot to wash.

A nice get away
The place was really nice. There were a few issues with the condo. The bathroom door in the master didn't latch. The tv was difficult to use and the cable didn't work on the last day due to no connection because of a storm overnight. The master bedroom tv seemed to be controlled by anoter unit as i could not chand the channels and it was on different programs whenever we turned it on. 😀 Over all it was in a great location and we enjoyed our time in pigon forge.

Great choice for our last minute trip!
We enjoyed our time at the condo! The condo has been updated with new furniture and decor since the listing photos were taken. The master bed was so comfortable! Living and dining area were perfect for mealtime and relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked with the basics. There were a few minor issues and one significant issue we experienced. There was only one washcloth in the entire unit. The shower head could definitely stand to be upgraded. The balcony chairs were rather uncomfortable. The washing machine is incredibly loud! We followed the instructions provided, but I'm not sure it helped. We had to yell to communicate while it was running. Thankfully, we only had to wash a couple things. The major issue we encountered was the air conditioner quit working on our first day. The property manager was working on having maintenance come and look at it, but that unfortunately did not happen. We were thankful that we were staying during perfect temperatures so we could open the balcony doors if the unit was too hot. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay! Very nice and safe environment for our family vacation.

Thank you for your review. We have installed a new HVAC unit now so there shouldn't be any issues with it. I have also talked to the cleaning crew about missing wash clothes.

Vacation in Pigeon Forge with stay at Eagles Landing condo.
There was an issue with the door code. The lock had been changed and the unit had not been cleaned. We contacted the property owner and both items were corrected pronto. We loved the unit and the location. we will probably want to stay therte again in the future.

Overal it was an OK stay. Code had been changed on door. After trying to get in for 15 minutes, called and they gave me the temporary code. Code 1,2,3,4 did not seem to be the best for security. Shower head had been badly repaired with duct tape. It leaaked badly. Called and they sent someone to fix.

We have stayed in other condos on this same property and they were all great. This one wasn’t really bad, but it does need some work done. Was definitely the worse one we’ve stayed in. A bit of effort would upgrade this condo to equal the others that I’m familiar with.

We celebrated my daughter's 11th Birthday and my 40th Birthday at this location, everything was GREAT!! We would recommend this location as a getaway, great view of the mountains. Also visit Dollywood you'll enjoy it.

The property was exactly what was listed. It was clean, spacious, with the perfect amount of amenities for me, my spouse and our children. The only negative I would have to say... the TV remotes in the bedroom do not work. I did message the property manager and got no response.

Great vacation rental!
Loved it here! This was our first time in pigeon forge and we could not have had a better place to stay. The location is perfect and the Mountain View’s are absolutely beautiful! The condo had everything we could have needed, Keurig for coffee, and a washer and dryer which came in handy, kids loved the bunk beds too! The condo does not look like the pictures, as it is updated now and looks fresh, clean, and modern now with grey paint. We had no problems with checking in or out and did not need to contact anyone so I can’t speak to that but everything went smoothly. The pool was nice and the playground was great to have for the kids. I would definitely recommend this condo! It felt comfortable and welcoming!

Great place to stay
This was a great place for us to stay for spring break. It had an indoor pool that was great when we needed a break. The location is close to things but still far away that you didn't hear the traffic. Our only complaints were that the windows had no curtains and the lights did keep us from sleeping great. We ended up getting some eye masks on the 2nd day there so that the person sleeping closer to the window could sleep past 5. I would also make sure that you have a noise machine for anyone sleeping in the bunk beds. Sounds do reverberate so it can be noisy at time.

The view and amenities were perfect for our stay. Location was also great. Would recommend more detail to cleaning. There was dirt/hair behind the bathroom door and carpet in bedroom was worn and stained. Otherwise this was perfect for us!

Definitely a good stay! Easy check in, as well as easy instructions for check out too. Great location, easy access to everything on the parkway! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk beds. Didn’t need anything from any of the property managers so I can’t necessarily say they were great or not, but a timely email that included the code and instructions prior to check in and check out made everything easy. They must have recently updated the furniture as it is not exactly what the pictures portray but it was still very nice!! The pool is also a plus, as well as the playground and outdoor games on the property! Overall a good stay!

Great location / not so great housekeeping
Though the condo was very comfortable, spacious and in a great location to me the housekeeping was very questionable. There was no hand soap in either bathroom. The bedskirt had white stains and so did the sheets. The place has spider webs everywhere. The dining table was dirty we had to clean it before we ate on it. It just didn't feel clean and that is very important in my appreciation of the places I stay.

Good Choice
The property is located in a great spot for entertainment and resturants. It is quite and had great views depending on the unit you rent. We found the unit clean with the exception of under the couch against the wall. I would have not looked there, but we dropped something and had to retrive it. The shower appears to need a good cleaning but is acceptable. Bed was comfortable. Did not do any cooking, but kitched was clean. I did notice a lack of silverware if many people were staying here. One pet pieve we have is all the nick nacks placed everywhere. Not needed and a pain to use counter tops, dresser tops, night stand tops, kitched bar top, and table. GET RID OF ALL THE JUNK that is not needed and only gets in the way. We felt the price was fair for the location and condition of this condo room.

We had a nice time at this condo! It was clean and my kids loved the pool area. There were a few things that could use an update, mostly the carpet in the bedroom as others have mentioned, and maybe a new paint job. The location was right on the parkway but it was still quiet and family friendly!

Regarding Pool Passes
We were told there would be swimming passes in the room and there weren’t any - I e-mailed them and messaged them on the VRBO app about them and didn’t hear back from anyone. The lack of communication was frustrating.

Great Location!
Clean and larger then expected. Really great view and location. We didn't find the pool passes and had a hard time getting in touch with anyone to ask about them but luckily we were still able to go to the pool and no one said anything. Would stay again for sure. Thanks!

Good location - Spacious Condo .
Great location close to everything in and around Pigeon Forge. Condo was clean. Rugs in the bedroom need shampooing. Didn’t dare walk in my bare feet. Everything else was clean and convenient.
