Just the Basics
This place is great if you're looking for just the basics with a great location. Felt safe, easy to get around, provides ample sleeping and bathroom area for 4 people. Great communicate and renter always got back to me quickly. I appreciated that no clean up was required on my part when checking out. Kitchen items are minimal and some dishes were dirty, couch was broken on one end, shower water pressure was non-existent, and couch recliner didn't work well. House has no manuals so I had to ask about how to find the pool. One thing of note about the pool- there isn't a lifeguard on hand however we learned that there is a security camera with someone watching swimmers. This become an issue as the maintenance man monitoring the camera came to the pool with screenshots of kids on his phone to yell about them leaning on the pool rope. This seemed incredibly inappropriate and unsettling. It needs to be better communicated that children are being recorded/monitored while swimming at the pool.

Location was fantastic, view was even better. But the condo its self was not very good. Back door handle was non existent, the hottub drain didnt work so you couldnt use the hottub, the shower handle is also kind of janky. The owner or condo manager didnt accommodate us for an entire week stay [2 days of trashbags, dish soap, laundry soap for their lennins] if it wasnt for the view and the location i wouldn't have gave it 3 stars overall.

This condo was very spacious, close to a lot o entertainment, and accommodated our family well. I will say the comforters were dirty with red stains on them that had obviously not been washed. The other linen seemed cleaned with no stains and the towels were clean as well. There were a few items left from previous tenants so I wondered how well the cleaning crew did before we got there.

The condo is beautiful and spacious! Great location! Beautiful view from the balcony. Only issue with the condo was the family room tv didnt want to work properly. Not a worry for our stay though. Will be back!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge, the location of this condo is good. It is close to the strip so it convenient to get to lots of things to do. As other visitors have commented I would agree that the front door looks like it was broken into and is definitely not a good 1st impression for your stay. We were very concerned about the security of the condo and leaving our personal belongings in the condo when we went out. I would say the overall cleanliness of the condo is good but they need to at minimum professionally clean the carpet in the bedroom. I believe that every visitor has had an issue with the washing machine and like them it broke the 1st time we used it, during our stay. I would say if you are going to advertise that you have a washing machine then you should replace it as it is obviously an issue. I reached out many times with questions and never received a response from the hosts. Lack of communication was not good in my opinion.

Great location, nice place, needs some repairs
We enjoyed staying at this condo. The kitchen worked well for us to prepare 1-2 meals there for our family of 4 each day. The small number of dishes meant we had to wash dishes without a full load, but the dishwasher worked great. Everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the layout was great to have space for the kids to sleep but also be able to shut the bunk doors and make the most of the living space. We went to the pool one day and enjoyed that amenity. The internet service is not the best. We couldn’t get enough signal to use Netflix for family movie nights until day 4 of our stay, and it was hit or miss to be able to book tickets for local attractions on our phones. The biggest disappointment was that the washing machine wasn’t working, so we had to go to a laundromat. I advised the property management company about the washing machine, internet problems, and a few other needed repairs. Overall, great location for the Smoky Mountain area, nice place, just needs a little more attention to detail between stays to ensure everything is ready to use for the next guest.

Property needs some updates
First of all, the elevator in this first building(oldest I'm guessing) was filthy and was never cleaned the week we were there. The condo had a door that looked like a break-in had occurred (found out the owners son lost his key and did this ???) The kitchen was not very well stocked with utensils and pans. The washing machine was HORRIBLE. It rocked so badly, we were afraid it would come through the door into the kitchen! And we DID NOT over load it. It just needs to be replaced. The television went out on our first night and had to be replaced, so people were in the condo while we were out during the day (one day to try to fix it and the next day to replace it). That made us a little uncomfortable not knowing who was coming in and out. On the plus side, the location is great and the area is quiet. We have stayed in these condos in the past with our grandchild and the playground and indoor pool is very nice. We would definitely stay in this condo area again, but would probably get a different unit.
