"Our view was ok, the room was clean and the ac worked well. Was not happy about the fact that you could not bring any drinks or food into the pool area. Also, very unhappy about the fact that on Saturday afternoon they close the pool to anyone under the age of 18 for "adult time", had to leave my daughter at the door while I went in to get our things and there was only a small handful of people in the pool area. While the kids were allowed in the pool area they kept getting yelled at for being kids. No playing with soft pool balls, no jumping around in the pool, no splashing and just not letting kids be kids. If you have kids I would NOT recommend staying here."

"The property seems tired. Clean enough on the inside, but theoretically, I had a great view of the city and the ocean beyond, but the windows were so dirty. It was hard to see out. The bathtub didn’t drain properly, and the beds weren’t made well… But I made do. The breakfast staff were great… Quick with the coffee refills, pleasant, and efficient."

"It a beautiful hotel. 4 restaurants two coffee shops. Live music , the show Hook, huge T.V screens to watch all the sports. Easy parking and checkin . The rooms are very nice modern decor. But the bathroom was not cleaned good . I rate the room 7 out 10 because of the bathroom."
