Very nice hotel. The pool was good and clean. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and delicious.

It take more than 40 min to get our keys,No hot water, toilets 2 rooms where broke, so confusing to get in to the rooms the breakfast was horrible beans overcook eggs cold black coffee

La habitación olía mucho a humedad. Las condiciones generales bien, la llave no abrió al llegar a la habitación pero hablé y una persona me fue a dejar un reemplazo de inmediato.

It looks old and feels old even some areas clean others not my bedroom carpet was not clean and toilet the first time I used water came back almost got out, breakfast was ok the employees were very friendly.

The lobby it’s beautiful, the rooms not so much. The room had this musty smell like mildew? You can hear everything from the outside, mattress need to be replace, i could see the light through the entrance door. If the rooms were as remodeled as the lobby, it would be awesome.

Horrible Stay
Horrible experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, I was not informed that there was a water shortage. With whatever little water was coming out of the shower, I proceeded to jump in, and shortly after, the water was completely shut off. I was left with shampoo and soap, unable to rinse off. We called reception, and the front desk clerk informed me that there were signs posted at the front, which I did not see nor was I asked if I wanted to proceed with my check-in regardless. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

Hotel staff seemed to be scrambling
I hardly leave negative remarks over minor inconveniences but I feel like it's something other travelers should watch out for in this particular location. However, I've only stayed there this time and may be an isolated case. Wrong room # was provided at check in and an angry guest opened the door when we were trying to go into our room. Front desk mentioned towels were not available in the room at that moment and that a fresh set would be delivered. We fell asleep and heard the knock and figured if we didn't open the door, they would understand we would go later to pick up the towels ourselves. After several knocks we said, "permitame" (give me a sec) out loud but they still opened the door on us. Outside of those two odd incidents, we had no further issues with our stay. Breakfast staff was very attentive.
