"I had such a wonderful experience staying here I felt at home! The view is amazing! Swimming in the pool and looking out at the view was a highlight. The owner is such a friendly person who is there to help whenever there is anything that I needed! There was really cute bunnies (mango and waffles) overall I will be back I truly enjoyed my trip to Costa Rica. The room was clean and very spacious. "

"This is a beautiful and very thoughtful hotel in Monteverde. The rooms are well laid out and each has an incredible view of the Nicoya Peninsula in the distance. The balcony was amazing. The vibe of the hotel, its property and the area in general are very relaxing and peaceful. The staff are incredible and make the place so inviting. Breakfasts are included and delicious. We had all three of our dinners at the hotel and were pleased with the taste and variety. The jacuzzi is delightful. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an upscale but not overly expensive (that's all relative today) stay in Monteverde."

"The overall interior maintenance of the rooms was poor. The staff were not polite nor accommodating, the check-in and check out was disorganized and inefficient. The night shows were entertaining and the bar staff were great! "

"It’s a nice place to start or end your trip. Easy to get to the airport. The property has nice trails you can walk and a swimming pool with views of the valley. A few areas for improvement: the rooms are looking a bit dated, we had dirty/stained towel and pillows which was quite off-putting. The rooms are noisy as there is no air conditioning so instead the room has windows for air flow. This works fine for cooling but it does mean you can hear the planes very loudly. "
