"Clean - adequate - refrigerator did not work. Staff was very kind in the morning but when we checked in another staff was impolite and short."

"The hotel is somewhat outdated 70’s - 80’s era could use a makeover. The staff is incredible and definitely the strong point of the hotel. Location is great, Greenville is on the rise very safe and clean lots of great businesses retail and restaurant. I once felt this way about Asheville but it lost its charm well before the big storm, hope Greenville stays the course it’s on."
