"I recently stayed at this hotel and initially had some issues with the linens, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way management handled the situation completely changed my impression. Upon checkout, the manager, Wendy, went above and beyond to make things right — she personally offered us $30 cash for breakfast and even allowed us to choose several snacks for our road trip as a thoughtful gesture. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters most. Because of Wendy’s excellent service and willingness to ensure we left on a positive note, I’m happy to revise my review and say I would stay here again. "This has become our favorite place to stay in Tucson! We visit frequently to see our daughter who's in college here, and we've tried several rentals over the years. This one stands out above all the rest.The location is unbeatable for hiking enthusiasts like us. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, both at the property and in the surrounding neighborhood. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the host maintained excellent communication throughout - quick responses and helpful local tips.A huge bonus was being able to bring our dog along! He had plenty of space to run around in the private backyard, which made the trip so much easier for our whole family. The outdoor area was comfortable and gave us the privacy we needed.After trying various places around Tucson, we've found our home away from home. We'll definitely be booking here again for all our future visits. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and well-located stay in the area - especially if you're traveling with pets!"

"It’s was a very beautiful home! Ac worked amazingly as we kept it at 71 and it stayed there all day even with it being over 100! Very clean as well! Stayed here with 4 little kiddos, 2 dogs, and 2 adults for a few days and it was perfect! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to book! The sunset out on the back patio was beautiful too! "
