"Unique ipad self checkin with you creating your own room key. Rooms are tiny but bed was comfy and room was clean. I opted for add on breakfast and portion and presentation were worth the extra 12 dollars. Keep in mind there is no fridge in room. Air-conditioning works really well. Hall and room carpets are getting close to due time for replacement. Down stairs waiting area and Bistro were very stunning. Morning front clerk, she was super friendly and helpful. Evening clerk had a very dry and tone as if you were bothering her. Bistro gentlemen was polite but not friendly at all. Offsite parking is available, vallet for 50 a night is an option which does comes out of the 50 incidental hold if used. Overall I would recommend the property for a short down town experience."

"We rented this house based on other excellent reviews and overall property descriptions were correct, however, not a single review mentioned rail road running through the background.Unless you sleep like a rock, there is a good chance, you might stay up all night, due to unending rain horn sounds tatting your teeth."

"My friend and I were underwhelmed with the hotel although Spencer at the check-in counter was very pleasant and helpful. The pool which was the primary highlight of the trip but swimming at night was not a good experience. The water was so cold. You would think for a luxury hotel with a luxury price, the very least, the pool could have been a little heated."

"Positives: The house is nice, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet even over the weekend. Inside the kitchen was quite usable and stocked with essentials and then some. The home was quite clean throughout. Location proximity was great to the stadium as well as the convention center. Quiet, cozy home. It worked perfectly for the week we used the location. The bedrooms were usable and clean. Negatives: Communication with the host was a bit delayed in terms of replying to get an answer on early check-in, but i also understand life happens. Don't expect the ability to enter until the check-in time, without confirmation from the host. If check-in is at 4pm, that lock will not allow the code entry til exactly 4 pm. The driveway/parking area is a bit tight if in a larger suv or truck. But managed to park two larger vehicles, but it is a tight squeeze. I misread the description and did not realize the 3rd bedroom was an outside unit. The outside unit does not have plumbing but does have power and an AC unit. But the backdoor to the home is not a keypad entry so it is either leave the backdoor unlocked, or the person walks to the front if they need to use the bathroom. The security camera notifications are quite annoying when, say a stray dog runs through the backyard. Master has a low bedframe, was not expecting that.. must of missed that in the photos. Overall would stay again."

"Great host who responds quickly. Overall a cool guy/bachelor pad. I wouldn’t bring my wife there. Parking leaves your car on the main street, which wasn’t the best. No garage or gated area to protect your vehicle in a really sketchy part of town. Beds and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen only had one glass and a few wine glasses, so bring your own cups. They should have glasses or something to drink out of. The pool table could be fun, but two pool cues were completely broken/jagged and the only good cue is warped beyond belief. No chalk. Couch cushions have tears in them and walls were really scuffed and dirty. One stair step was broken off. All of these things are easy fixes and it would easily be 5 stars from me."
