The host was very responsive and helpful - we discovered the coffee maker wasn’t working on our first morning, and he had a new one shipped to the door by that afternoon. My only reservation is that there is a train track just a couple blocks away, and we experienced multiple train horns in the middle of the night. If you’re a heavy sleeper this shouldn’t be an issue, but my wife is woken easily. We might have picked a different neighborhood if we had been aware of the proximity to the tracks. Still, it was very convenient to both Meow Wolf and Arnold Brewing, which we had on our list of places to go. "
