Nice villa
The villa was quite nice, at a good location the only down side is that you need a motorcycle or car, best you organise that at reception, the checking in is a bit complex and not advertised very well.

The Villa was beautiful and prefect with a pool and 3 rooms to fit our family. It's a little hard to find for drivers but the hotel staff helps with that.

The hotel is quite far away from city, whereas you have to take taxi to restaurants or shops.

It was an old villa but still in clean condition. The pool is nice to swim and the breakfast was prepared inside the villa kitchen which make us feel warm. However, the painting on the master room wall make me feel uncomfortable and i dont dare to look at it. Overall, big group of people should be ok with it.

Good location to relax, out of noisy night animations. Very good food service, they cook at home the food we order, at the time we want. i.e. large American breakfast, barbecue

Good villa if you plan to stay in
Went with a family of 8. Villa was cozy. There were some flies which were irritating. Although there was free shuttle service to rawai beach and phromthep cape, villa was in a quiet neighbourhood. So unless you plan to stay on the villa most of the time, this is not ideal as a base for exploration as transport costs will set you back more than if you stay in a central area like patong, for example.

Hotel is at a very remote area, no taxi's around
Staying at this Villas is one of the most terrible experience from me in Thailand. I have been to many different hotels and villas in Phuket/ Bangkok and Pattaya but this one was the worse. 1) pictures on the website are way better than reality. 2) Villa is in the middle of some bad area with no activities around. All needs to be done by taxi and the hotel is charging a lot more for that as you can't get a taxi from the street. 3) Villa Staff and manager from the hotel is not honest. I encountered issues with my booking and the hotel is not willing to help. They just asked me to call my travel agency without providing the number while they are partners of each other and they do have their details. I had to call the HQ in the states to get the local number. 4) More money is deducted from my credit card while I only stayed one night! Hotel is just not willing to refund. 5) Lot of mosquitos 6) Swimming pool is way small than on picture.
