What a great hotel. Off the beaten path and nestled up in the mountain - a true getaway. The buildings are modern and rooms are nice. Easy to explore the rest of the island from here. The staff was super nice. We'd definitely come back.

Our first time in Phuket, the place is so beautiful we enjoyed staying here, very clean, the ladies customer services was excellent. Safe and so relaxing 😌. Good size room. If I come back I will book them agin. Only 5 minutes from KAMALA BEACH ND 15 MINUTES TO PATONG BEACH. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH.

Our stay at this hotel was fine until it came time to check out and they tried to charge me to replace all the bedding because my son accidentally spilled milk on the bed. The staff tried to rip me off AUD$150 because they said it could not be cleaned.

As a very frequent flier i can tell the quality/price ratio of this hotel is one of the worst I ever experienced. 2 times out of 3 there was no one at the reception. Even to check-in we had to look for someone. The “restaurant”, if you can call it like that, closes at 18.00! And there is no room service after fhat time. There is not even a vending machine if you need a bottle of water. I had to insist to have a second key for our room (apparently going against the hotel “policy”) just not to have to shut all the lights off and the airco or disturb my wife while she was showering and I had go go out. We stayed three nights and they never withdrew the garbage (by the way there was no garbage bin nor bags and we had to use some from grocery) despite telling every morning. I left laundry to wash and was told I would get it the next morning. Guess what? It took two days to get it back and only after my complain! By the way it was not delivered in the room. I had to pick it up myself at reception. TV was a smart one but disconnected from internet so we had few options to watch! No Prime no Netflix possible. Every time I told them to fix it they said “tomorrow we will fix”. Guess what, they never did. Pictures on the web and expedia show bungalow like accomodations. Don’t be fooled. You won’t sleep there. The Villas are not part of the hotel. You will sleep in an anonymous buidling badly maintained. To conclude, personnel speaks por english making any conversation painful.

Room to improve

Rooms are nice and spacious. Shower in suite needs a door as the whole floor is wet after shower. Misleading on website - should advertise as residence/apartments- not as hotel. No restaurant on-site and too far to walk to any shops/restaurants. The shuttle not always on time and 3 nights did not depart at all at 8pm as per schedule so we had to spend a lot of money on transport. The complex has potential.

If you are staying at this hotel, you should be aware of the extremely steep slope before getting to this hotel on the hill. The slope is sooooo steep that it intimidated all of my Grab drivers. One of them even refused to drive us up to the hotel and we have to walk up….You can use the shuttle truck by the hotel but just make it

This hotel is located in a secluded area. A walk to the nearest restaurant or convenient store involves a 20-minute with a steep uphill walk. The hotel provides 4 daily shuttle runs. The problems are: no spa or on-site restaurant, fitness room with old/ rusty equipment, and a tiny swimming pool. I booked the room with breakfast. It turned out that I had to go to another hotel (Citygate Hotel) for that, and the breakfast was marginal at best. I asked a male night attendant for extra hangers on the first night, but I never saw any extra hangers during my 3-night stay. In short, the idea was good but the execution was flawed. A secluded retreat needs to have various on site facilities (such as spa, gym and restaurant) , so guests don't have to go out for food and entertainment.

Hmm ikke lige noget for os vi følte vi blev meget dårligt modtaget da vi kom direkte fra 14 timers flyvetur… Vi kunne ikke tjekke ind og der sidder 2 meget unge og er fuldstændig ligeglad med at man gerne vil skifte tøj og tages godt imod… det bare vores oplevelse heldigvis var de søde med at vi kun fik en overnatning og så kunne vi skifte hotel. Noget andet var nok også at det virkelig lå ude i ingen ting og vi var nok vandt til at bo i den gode side af kamala ved vandet ikke noget ondt ellers herfra

Estadia bem lega, porém o hotel precisa de manutenção. Alem do piso da Piscina SER MUITO ESCORREGADIO o que é bem perigoso. No geral um hotel legal. Oferece transfer para a praia pois não da para ir andando é longe e subindo uma rampa longa.

Fint men mindre bekvämt

Överlag var vistelsen under förväntan. De medgav att de hade restaurang, bar och daglig städning, vilket de inte hade. I med att hotellet låg ca 30 minuter gång från stan/strand så var det omständligt att fixa mat och dryck. Städningen fick vi påminna om vid 2 tillfällen och även påpeka att de inte fyllt på toalettpapper. Finns även en närliggande moské med utrop 5 gånger om dagen, med start innan klockan 06.00. Väldigt fin lokalitet, men har inte de bekvämligheter som beskrivs i bokningen.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu, leider sind deshalb die Angestellten noch nicht so trainiert. Sehr schade ist auch, dass der wenige vorhandene Parkplatz hauptsächlich von Fahrzeugen der Angestellten benutzt wird, weshalb es sehr schwierig ist, das eigene Fahrzeug zuparken

Absolutely loved this property, we booked the honeymoon suite and we couldn’t of asked for a better room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they have a free bus go 10 times a day to the local area and beach which is free of charge. If I stayed in Kamala again I would definitely stay here again! And would recommend the hotel highly.
