Great value no frills place to stay. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. We had a garden view also, so, it was quiet and we slept well. Staff was friendly. The bottled waters and daily room cleaning were great too. I just wasn’t a fan of the shower with no curtain next to the toilet. It didn’t drain very fast, and the floor was wet around the toilet then. We also had mosquitos, without opening the back door or windows.

Super nice staff, it's just an small in, don't expect a big resort with palm trees and a pool. Great place for solo travellers, and the surrounding town is so fun, just a 10 minute walk from the airport. It's really worth the low price!

Very friendly,very clean rooms.

Rooms are very clean,nice firm beds,also have safe to keep valuables. Nice showers and towels changed daily. Have shampoo and soap tooo. Free coffee until 12pm and my price included breakfast which was good to start the day. I’m goimg back the end of this week had to move as hotel fully booked. Highly recommend.

High quality hostel experience

Pros: I stayed in the hostel part and it was very well equipped, security was very good, and everything was always clean and well maintained. A lot of thought has gone into providing maximum storage space and convenience. WiFi signal was strong and available in all areas and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Bed sheets were changed after two nights, which was nice. Cons: The climb up and down from my bed was a bit of a tight squeeze. It would have also been useful to know from the website in advance that there is quite a large deposit required (for access tag/key, padlock and towel) as this significantly impacted my budget for the rest of my stay.

Nice hotel with good size beds for families

We came to this hotel because it had two king size beds. For a family of four this was well worth the stay. It's in a nice location and a small walk to the night market and beach.

friendly well organized

apart from the old TV without german chanel a very friendly and well organized hotel for people with limited budget. The distance to the beach is a bit too far to walk but everything else needed is close by. Front rooms are a bit noisy . The street is busy and nightlife is right in front.

good for solo traveler

i stayed here for two nights at female dorm. overall its clean n comfortable. the price is resonable wit free breakfast, u hv to for it urself bread, hard boiled egg, and coffee. the cleaness of shared bathroom could be more clean if other guest shower the sands before entering the bathrooms. cleaness of the dorm spoiled when a guest from chinna throw all the used tissues around the double decker bed, and its very disgusting. i wil stay here again if come here another time.

Lovely hotel great staff

Lovely little hotel. My room was really big. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were super friendly. For the price it can't be beaten. It takes about 5-10 mins to the beach and there's a couple of lovely restaurants near by. Also it's 2 mins walk to the twice weekly karon beach night market

Ferien auf Phuket

Wir waren für 3 Wochen im Karon Living Room ( zwei Erwachsene und ein 4 jähriges Kind). Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am Strand, hat dadurch aber auch Vorteile. Wir haben auf dem Weg ganz nette Einheimische kennen gelernt. Nur ein paar Schritte vom Hotel entfehrnt hat es Restaurants, einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, Tuktuks und eine Bushaltestelle. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem Hotel.

Toppen på alla sätt och vis FÖRUTOM att det ingick gratis Wi-Fi på hotellet som ALDRIG fungerade på en vecka. Bra service. Trevlig personal.

Utrolig greit og sentralt hotell for backpackere. Sov her en natt før vi dro videre til krabi. Internettet var topp, sengene var gode og stemninga på hotellet var super. Takk for en fin opplevelse:-)
