Good quality rooms and easy walk to beach

Located just off the main road and about seven minutes walk to the lovely beach…. Late night Thai girl bars pop up around the hotel after dark if you’re into that or better to walk to the evening beach scene which is stylish. Impressed with the size and quality of the rooms and a nice swimming pool too.

They changed extra for a second key. 1 pillow per person if you want 2 there is an extra daily charge. Very comfortable beds, close to lots of restaurants, noisy area but hotel is sound proof.

We upgraded our room to a balcony room as our first room only had a small window in the bathroom. Balcony room clean and beautiful. Shower lost pressure around dinnertime , but other times was fine. Nise staff.

Unfortunately staff aren’t so friendly. During our stay we don’t like housekeeping making up our room. We asked for toilet paper and they were very mad about it! Obviously that housekeeping isn’t going in our room for three days ., we need the essentials. But very unfriendly staff.

Attractive hotel, minutes from the beach

Very attractive and modern hotel. Has clearly been recently remodeled. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. The pool was really nice and we enjoyed spending time swimming and hanging out. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Our room was facing the street, and it did get noisy at night. There were several loud bars across from the hotel, including one with escorts in front. Not the greatest.

Disappointing Stay - Far from its stars

Cleanliness: The cleaners consistently left the balcony door open, and we found cockroaches in our bedroom. The staff's solution was to spray the room while we were supposed to sleep there. Hotel offered no compensation whatsoever. The swimming pool was unusable half of the stay and the staff taped notes on windows to avoid swimming before 2pm if they were able to have it cleaner (not happened). Management: After contacting Hotels.com, we were eventually offered a room change. However, the process was inconvenient, initially requiring us to wait two hours without a room until the official check-in time even though the new room was ready. Communication: Most staff members had limited English proficiency, often responding "yes" to every question, which led to misunderstandings. Smoking: The only exit was through a cloud of cigarette smoke, as the designated smoking area was right in front of the main entrance. The other entrance was locked and unusable. Almost every day in the hallways was smelling weed. Other: Water pressure fluctuates a lot and so was the water temperature Advertised concierge service, bathrobes, pool bar, restaurant (for dinners) were missing as well Room in the second floor was extremely loud. You could hear the traffic noise, the restaurants next to it and even the noise from the hallway to the room very clearly.

Nei, utsikten var ikke god, det ligger jo midt i et trafikkert og masete bar-område på en side, sidevei og hovedvei på andre siden. Ganske mye støy på den siden som vender bort fra hovedveien pga tvilsomme barer med typisk "thaidame-virksomhet" pågående hele natten i blant.
