The paint was peeling off of the pool chairs and it didn’t look comfortable. The bedding wasn’t great, the bed was uncomfortably firm and the AC wasn’t working well. We left and found accommodation somewhere else. "

The room is basic but it's got a wonderful view of the mountains and the river that the boat tours pass through. The host was nice to talk with and was helpful with your questions (in English). The host was remarkable. Phuong speaks excellent English and was able to arrange transport coming in and dropping us all the way off to Da Nang. He also organized both the Phong Nha and Paradise cave tours for us as well as driving us around.
