This 1B/1Ba Studio is 5 minute cab ride from the airport and is within walking distance to Mill Ave, ASU, Marquee Theater, Tempe Center for the Arts, and Tempe Town Lake! Comes with queen bed, dedicated workspace, kitchen, and large closet.
We charge a cleaning fee, but don't expect our guests to do any chores! When you're ready to checkout, simply walk out and leave the rest to us!
This 350 SQFT studio is part of a single story, studio community with dedicated parking. Perfect for a getaway, a business trip, or visit to Tempe!

*** 2 hour early check-in and 2 hour late check out can be requested for a separate $25 fee for either time window - any requests need to be made 48 hours before check-in so the cleaning staff can accommodate***
***For the guest's safety the apartment door is under video surveillance & Has smart locks***

Great stay
I accidentally booked for the wrong day when making the reservation, and I hadn’t noticed until I called and told him that it looked like someone was staying at the property already. He was so great and gracious that he got me into another location he had near by. I would recommend him and his properties 100/10. Thank you so much for your help!!!
