This listing is for our base economy unit which will have carpet and dated furniture. These are our most economical units but will not have the upgraded tile and furniture like our deluxe units.

Metro Scottsdale Apartments - we offer 1 and 2bd apartments converted from a former Hilton Homewood Suites. These are interior corridor units and there is a possibility of noise, food and other odors and everything that comes with apartment living:) We have a touchless automated check in process and you will receive all details upon booking. 24/7 guest support. This listing is for unrenovated base 1bd 1ba unit that will feature a king size bed, full or queen size pull out couch, carpet and dated furniture. Sleeps 4. Check out our long term pricing.

The Space:
All of our 1bd units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

Amenities: Our grounds and amenities are unmatched and feature a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ gym, business center, clubhouse and dog park.

Location: We are where you want to be in the Phoenix Metro. Exactly in the middle of highways 101 and 51, you will be10minutes or less from everything including the airport, camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Old Town Scottsdale. Please keep in mind that there may be very slight road noise on the grounds so if you are very sensitive then you may want to consider another option.

Scottsdale Stay

Small but clean. Seemed to be a sketchy place with some less than desirable people around. It got very loud in the hallway about 3:00am. People were screaming, cursing, fighting and running up and down the hallway. I will stay elsewhere in the future.

Shortcomings

Check in process: - Unlike a hotel or regular VRBO hosted place, they do not let you check in early even if the place is ready. Hotels even let you check in early once the room is clean. They want to charge you more to check in early even if ready. Trying to make even more money on top of all the fees. No heat The no heat should have at least discounted my room as it was pretty cold this weekend in AZ

We were very disappointed with the quality of this establishment. Everything, from the towels to the lighting, is cheap and low class. Even the refrigerator opens from the wrong side so we had to reach over the door to get into the fridge. The toilet paper - cheap and low quality. The towels - cheap and low quality. The shower curtain will only stay halfway shut so water gets all over the floor. The shades on the lamps are broken. The spoons are destroyed from being in the garbage disposal. There were only 2 coffee pods and they don't match the coffee maker. There was only one thin blanket so we were cold at night and had to ask for more blankets. The heater in the room doesn't work, only the A/C. The reclining chair was broken. Very noisy at night. I've never given a poor review for a stay, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. I would recommend avoiding this property.

Very Clean

Staff seen me pull in and showed me what I needed to do, and location of the room. It is dated, but very clean. I was impressed. Location is perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend, and will go there again next time I visit.

People staying there had pit bulls in and around the property. The place smelled really bad. Stayed one night…they wouldn’t refund any of my money for the next 3 nights.

Restful nights sleep

We made our reservation less than 8 days ago and to our amazement the unit looked exactly like the picture it was fantastic, cozy and comfortable. It had all the comforts of home. (Recliner) for me was Amazing! We will book again.
