You are going to love the amount space and privacy in this house. Enter into the welcoming living room outfitted with 60" smart TV and comfy seating and cozy lighting. You will flow through the open concept layout into the dining area with natural wood dining table w/ seating for 4. You can access the private fenced backyard and outdoor seating through the laundry room. The kitchen is huge and fully outfitted with all the cooking and dining amenities you will need. Kitchen includes dishwasher, freezer with ice maker, filtered water and toaster oven. You also have a private full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Two of the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and furnished with high end memory foam king mattresses, luxurious linens, dual nightstands with lights, ceiling fans and large closets. The 3rd bedroom has a high end queen bed, desk workspace and sliding patio door to the backyard. The high end bathroom finishes will give you spa vibes. You will have driveway parking which can accommodate 3 vehicles including one covered carport parking spot. Enjoy the private backyard patio or front lawn when it's not 115 degrees outside!

Clean and comfortable space, open concept. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are not a lot of restaurants nearby as the house is in a residential neighborhood. I did find store and shops a 10-15 minute drive away.
