🏊 Pool Information (Important)

The pool is heated year-round with a heat pump and is set to 85°F for guests. During colder months, when ambient temperatures fall below 45°F, the pool may reach approximately 72–76°F.

Please note: The pool fence will be permanently removed in the near future. At the time of your stay, the pool may not be fenced and will be fully open. This is especially important for guests traveling with young children or anyone requiring additional supervision around a pool. Guests are responsible for ensuring appropriate pool safety at all times.

The home is in an older, quiet residential neighborhood adjacent to Encanto Village. We’ve owned the property since 2014 and can confirm it’s safe, peaceful, and centrally located. Grocery stores are nearby, with popular dining and shopping a short drive east. Areas north and west toward the I-17 are less desirable.

Great stay in Phoenix. We were in town for medical appointments at The Barrow and the house was comfortable, very convenient, and quiet.

Fun place!

We had a great stay here. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen is well appointed. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but we dipped our hands in there and it was nice and warm in February.

AMAZINGLY HOT & FUN BY THE POOL

It is a great property and really enjoyed the pool. The "MISTERS" were an awesome addition to help with the 110-117 degree days. Easy location and close to eateries and local dive bars. We would start here again.

This property is ideally located near a medical facility where a family member had a medical procedure. It was clean and tidy. We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was central to all our activities and there was great access to the freeways. The house was very nicely done and we enjoyed the pool! Loved every part of this place. Location central to everything in the area. Quiet area made it feel like we were the only ones around. Lovely pool area in back, perfect for kids and adults alike. Hosts were accommodating on check in. Definitely recommended this place and will try and book here again next time we’re down in Phoenix!
