My room was very nice and staff was accommodating towards me regarding my early check in. Only issue I had was the area, hard to get Ubers in the area and there wasn’t many dining options.

Thanks to all the staff, Renee,manager and GM. Great stay and staff were patient and very accommodating. I like the shower in my room, seemed like it was made for me, since im kinda tall.

Perfect one night stopover! All facilities very clean and comfortable. Room: 2 x Queen beds, sitting area with sofa, kitchen -small but with everything needed for a short stay. Great breakfast. All the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful - Great stay, thank you!

This was the worse check in experience my husband has ever had! This was not Expedias fault, this was pure incompetence on Home2Suites! Took over an hour to find the reservation even though we had the confirmation with us! Will never stay there again! Do better!

There was a great deal of construction surrounding the hotel, so not aesthetically appealing. However, the room, the facilities such as fitness center and pool were excellent. Breakfast was delicious as well.

The mattress felt extremely firm. After relocating to another room, the mattress remained uncomfortable. The breakfast consisted of mostly microwaved items and was below par. I will opt for the neighboring establishment during my next visit.

If you have to be in Buckeye, it's absolutely worth staying here. It's a newer building in a newer area and everything we saw was well maintained and clean. Rooms were nice, staff was friendly. I honestly have nothing bad to say.

Nice clean hotel, with very friendly staff. This is a very busy area of Buckeye, but we we felt safe, and didn’t worry about our vehicle.

I called the night before and spoke to Debbie. She was very nice and helpful. I let her know we’d possibly be arriving later than 11pm the night of check in. She noted my reservation and made me feel at ease while leaving Los Angeles traffic to head to Buckeye. Make sure you ask for daily service if you want towels and trash taken out. We requested it at check in but came back after the first full day there and our room wasn’t serviced. Very clean grounds. Lots of construction going on so be prepared to be taken in a circle around the property when you arrive. The GPS had us go towards a large construction gate that looked like it was for a new building so I drove around only to be in the same area. Some signs regarding the hotel entrance would have been great.

The check-in front desk attendant, Debbie, was excellent. Precious (morning attendant), was also extremely nice and helpful. I found a small black bug in my sheets, which had me thoroughly searching the room. Eventually, I discovered a cricket under the bedside lamp stand. After unpacking, I found a second small black bug under my personal item on the countertop. I immediately notified the front desk, and Debbie, who had just finished her shift, kindly took the time to stay and change the bed sheets. She also got rid of the cricket. The next morning, I discovered another small black bug in my sheets, changed the previous night. Please see the attached photos.

My only complaint is that we had no internet on our TV and when we made the front desk aware of this, we were told that maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
