I liked that the place was sort of hidden. I really liked the grills they had, I wish the other one was functionable. The room was big and roomy even though it had two beds. I wish it had a table and chairs rather than a desk. But I really loved all the people that worked there, they were absolutely great and so nice and friendly. Very professional as well all of them. All of them greeted you and made my day. Thank you all the staff you were awesome.

You can't even get ahold of any type of corporate office or upper management for this place and when you look it up online.It has the phone number displayed on top of the page as well as at the very bautumn.With the link that says contact us.But you can't even do it because it's a disconnected number. They stole my money out of my account. Did not give me the room said. I didn't have a reservation and they acted like they didn't have anything to do with it because I had to deal with online not them but yet when the person online called them and asked them if I was able to get my money back. They sure did make the decision to say no. Without. Being able to stay in my room

Thank you Reina for taking the time to submit a review. After reviewing your reservation it looks like you had booked a prepaid reservation. At the time of your booking you were charged for the stay by Expedia. This is part of your reservation confirmation. After reviewing your reservation notes, I am seeing that you did arrive to the property and was not sure if you wanted to stay or not. Front desk explained to you that we needed to know as soon as possible to avoid charges. We didn't hear anything further, we held the room all night for you and then marked it as a no show the next morning. We're sorry for any misunderstanding this may have caused. We wish you the best in your future travels.

Staff was/is very friendly. Room was well maintained and clean so I felt as if I needed to leave it that way as well when I checked out, lol Everyone was also very respectful, from the people staying there, to housekeeping & everyone else in between. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay for the evening that is clean, respectful, safe and very close to shopping/restaurants. Kudos to u all. 👏 👍 Keep up the good work!

Courteous staff. Easy access to all areas as well as abundant parking. Cleanliness taken well into consideration when choosing to write a review. Well, they passed, with flying colors, all of the above. Great job guys and i will be returning, if there is availability very soon. Kudos.

The property seem a little sketchy. There’s no top lock on the door, I had to move tables and chair in front of door for just in case someone try to force themselves in. I appreciate the price overall.

My 88 yo mother got bedbugs from this seedy hotel. There was one light. The tv kept turning off despite asking the front desk for help. It’s a pit.

My son and I stayed here due to his baseball tournament but I was appalled by how different the pics looked from the actual room. There were drug addicts everywhere and my son accidentally left his personal pillow but of course it never got logged in lost and found cuz they stole his $100 pillow. Wouldn’t recommend this to any family.

They had great customer service in front desk. But the room was not that great. The carpet floor was filthy, there was baby cockroaches, the bathroom door was broken.

It was a nice place I can bring shorty without being disturbed, didn't have to worry about my car nor junkies in the area. They had a pool though I wish they had a Jacuzzi.. the front desk clerk let me see the room and let me decide if it was up to par, which I thought was a plus nice size TV and room, plus had a microwave and refrigerator.. all in all pretty good place too stay!

Super dirty and smelly. The smell inside the room was so strong that I felt nauseous. The sheets were stained. The room was completely different than the pictures, very old, and everything was pulling apart to the point that I was really disgussed to take a shower in the tub. Some of the tiles in the hallway were broken and even my foot got stuck and I almost fell. Don't waste your money, not recommended at all. This hotel should be rebuilt.

This hotel is pretty sketchy. I get it everybody needs a place to stay. For me it wasn’t that big of a deal, but I was quite surprised how rundown this place was. Many people would be afraid to walk around outside.

An absolute dump. Nothing was even average, the TV didn't even work. Furniture looked like they just got if the trash, not even towel racks. Bed was awful. Bedside lamp had no bulb.We had to leave after the first night even though it was paid for. Does expedia have no standards?

Television service shutdown around 6 PM. When I inquired about a refund of some kind I was told it wasn't their fault and to bad. Television service is part of the room rate isn't it. 9 am the next day and still no tv and no refund of any kind

The shower curtain did not touch the floor and water was coming out when we were showing. It was a walking shower and my husband purchased a curtain to attach clips to it to e tend curtain to the bottom.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in the US. Dirt, unclean, unsafe, no amenities, old, not maintained. Hotel is falling apart. Dangerous place to stay our sheets were dirty and unclean. We told management and they told us they would clean them next day and they lied to us. I want a refund for this staying at this disgraceful hotel.

Got an extra charge for dirty floor mat in the bathroom. We didnt even put our shoes inside the room. We use socks the whole time coz we know that floor is sticky and dirty. That mat dirt was from their dity floor.
