Enjoyable

Check in process was easy, house clean, and nice neighborhood. The pool was murky and no fliter in the pool. It would have been nice to enjoy more of the pool. Outlets in somecof the bathrooms did not work.Overall, we made the best of our stay.

Beautiful home, big enough for a large group.

We came to AZ with our wrestling team and had 6 families stay with us in the home. We were gone a lot but when we were all there, we had plenty of room. The bedrooms are spacious and our bed was so comfortable. The only hiccup we had was the outlets in the master bathroom didn’t work. Trash cans were full when we arrived but the property manager quickly had them emptied and we couldn’t believe how fast they handled the issue. We loved our stay.

Great location near Okd Town

4 couples spent long weekend in Scottsdale for weekend concert. Great location and nice spaces. Limited common Anne iTunes though (coffee, paper towel/plates, condiments, etc). Really enjoyed the space//property.and walks on canal and into Old Town

Best bachelorette party

We had a fantastic weekend at the property. The house had ample room and amenities. It had great views and close proximity to everything. We think the house is haunted as lights turned on for no reason but it could just be a timer lol. Next time I return to Scottsdale I will for sure stay at the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Desert Classic Ladies Golf Getaway!!

The house was very clean, well-appointed and updated! There was a problem with the water heater, but the property manager was responsive and called a plumber to fix the issue. They also processed a refund for the inconvenience we experienced! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a family.

This property was exactly as described. Immaculate, wonderful kitchen and family room with lots of seating. Huge shower in master bedroom. Pool table great for family fun. Close to Old Town. Property management company very responsive when we had a minor issue with a faucet. Just don’t plan on swimming laps - definitely more of a “splashing around” pool.

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable for large groups and in a great location. I stay at a lot of VRBO rentals and usually don't write bad reviews, but this time it was necessary. The house was in a desperate need of a deep clean. The kitchen is not stocked for a large group if you are planning on cooking there. What i had the biggest problem with was the pool, I don't think pump working. Using the pool would have been a health hazard. I hope this house gets the attention it needs so guests can have an enjoyable stay

Non-functioning pool, dirty linens, terrible customer service

We chose this property as a base for family attending a family funeral. It’s a new construction in a transitional neighborhood. We knew we were in trouble when we arrived to find a pile of linens on the unmade bed in primary bedroom. The manager — Good Night Stays — couldn’t or wouldn’t get cleaning crew over or tell us if linens were dirty or clean. So we had to launder all and make bed ourselves. 4 of 5 bedrooms were missing pillow cases and in 3 of 4 bathrooms there were no hand towels; it took Good Night stay 24 hours to get pillowcases and towels to us. This property was quite expensive. They also charged a hefty per day pool heating surcharge. But the pool heater wasn’t working and not fixed until day 3 of 5 day stay. On day 2, a pool tech caused the pool to drain to 3 feet and the spa by a foot. Both didn’t fill up again till day 4. The jets in spa were non functional. Good Night Stay refused to refund even part of the pool hearing surcharge. Our stay was exactly what you don’t want when renting on VRBO: pay a lot of money for basic service and amenities that the owner promises and either lies about or doesn’t deliver. Run, don’t walk from this property or any others managed by Good Night Stay. There are plenty of better (and cheaper) options in Phoenix.

Old Town

The home was large and had great common spaces. Would have liked to have had more plastic cups since they have a pool and ask guests to only use plastic outside! We had a couple of issues, but they were quite responsive. Very close to restaurants, grocery, hiking etc. I would recommend this home and stay again.
