Modern remodel located in the heart of Phoenix. Minutes to dining and other local attractions. Near Camelback & 7th St.

This unit has been fully remodeled. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open concept kitchen and living area, a beautiful gas fireplace, private and cozy patio, 2 car carport, on-site washer and dryer and wonderful community pool.

This home is single level with no stairs. There is a two car carport. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals!

Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. Garbage and recycling bins are located in the carport. Trash and recycling get picked up on Wednesday mornings.
