1st time trying this. It worked out perfectly.

Experience was great! Host was very helpful and understanding when I was having trouble trying to book. The rooms were perfect for my family of 8. Two rooms to watch TV and one outside when grilling out. Pool table was fun. Our reason to try VRBO was to attend our daughter's basketball 3-day tournament.

A well-equipped home in a quiet neighborhood

We were in town for a family wedding and wanted somewhere to stay and explore the Phoenix area. This home was perfect. Enough rooms for everyone to have their own beds. Space to spread out and relax while watching TV, working on laptops, reading, or playing games. The kitchen was very well-stocked with cooking pots and utensils -- everything we needed and more! Communication with the hostess was good. Check-in and check-out was easy. There was plenty of parking, both inside and outside the garage. We're not familiar with the area, so I can't say whether the neighborhood is "safe" or not, but it was quiet and that counts for a lot. All around a great stay, and we'd stay again!
