Great Location- Near ASU
What a great stay ! Anne thank you so much for letting us stay in your cute and very clean unit ! Anne had everything we needed all the way down to small details. Walking distance to ASU, we went there for a game! Near many great restaurants in Tempe. Short drive from the Phoenix airport and parking was very easy ! Also, very close driving to the diamond back /Chase Field stadium ! We will be back !

Best-stocked VRBO I have ever rented. Everything you could want in the kitchen, etc. was right here. Plus plenty of reading materials! Very clean. Great location. I'll be back!

In town for Waste Management Open
Property is exactly as discribed. Very clean and nice location. We took ubers around , but you can walk to a few restaurants. Infusion coffee has AMAZING crossiants ! Anne was fantastic to communicate with and everything leading up to the check in/check out was super easy. The welcome basket filled with snacks and essentials was a super nice surprise after a long travel day. Will stay again when back in the area. Thank you!

Another nice stay in tempe
For a single person or a cozy couple, this place is nice.the literature thru out as an aspect of decor was fascinating. Bed and washer/ dryer and extras very nice and appreciated. Realistically, the unit is on the third floor of an older apartment project and close to flight path from sky harbor…but so is Tempe generally. Chromecast tv with some buffering, not cable. Location to university, restaurants, downtown, and Tempe Lake is excellent, especially if you love to walk. I gave this unit 5 stars and would stay here again but I wanted to be accurate in my assessment.

great location in Tempe!
Our stay was super! The condo has a small room under the stairs with a smart TV PERFECT for kiddos. My 9yr old twins just loved closing the door and watching movies. The owners are so nice and very helpful :)
