"I arrived at the property, with 2 rooms booked, and there was no one there to check in with. No one answered the phone, and then when I got a lady on whatsapp, she said one room had no air con and the other they had lost the key for. I had no option but to book another hotel nearby at 730pm after a days travel! I am still chasing the refund too!"
