Spacious 2 BR Fairmount-Francisville Flat

New listing - spacious 2BR/2 bath with patio in the heart of the city! This is my home in the summer months, now available during the winter when I am away. Great option for traveling nurses, families relocating to the area, etc.

Available to one family or 2 singles.

Main level of the house has the living room, kitchen, bedroom, full bath and back patio. Lower level has 2nd bedroom, full bath and laundry. There are also 2 convertible Queen-sized bean bag beds which can be used downstairs.

I am finishing the installation of new bathroom on the lower level which has a luxurious copper tub and fireplace - photos contain a sneak-peak of the tub :)
