"This is a wonderful property. The hosts communicated so well prior to our arrival that we easily found the property and parking. The property was spotless and the high ceilings and roof top deck made it feel very spacious. The parking spot was a great bonus too!"

"The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

"We were in town for the Mummers parade. Upon arrival there was some flooding in the basement. Reaching out to the host to resolve the issue went smoothly. They sent maintenance immediately. Turned out that the city water pipeline was leaking. Maintenance would install a pump to remove water and shop vac the basement. Because it was the holiday the city didn’t come immediately so the water on floor was an ongoing issue. We couldn’t really hang out in the basement so it got a bit...

"Property was clean and had all the amenities and supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking wasn't great, but the hosts specifically commented on this so we were aware. Street parking is scarce on the weekends and the garages are almost always full. There is a lot about 7 min walk (Target Parking) that is 20 a day....or use ride shares. "

"We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key."
