The Expedia add said pool restaurant and room service. It had none of that. The hotel said I should complain to Expedia and not the hotel. When I asked if the hotel got paid there was silence. The restaurant was the area off the bar. Food mediocre. No decaf coffee. The remote for the TV didn’t work. When I called for a replacement I was told that the new one didn’t really work but was better than the old one. Stay away.

The first room smelled of smoke and the staff apologized and offer the lounge as a compliment for the inconvenience which was good customer service. The bartenders were great. I would recommend that the company provide more staff incentives so that the staff feel better about performing their jobs.

I reserved the club suite (1 bedroom) for our 3 night stay which was convenient for my family and I. My room was given to someone else due to "overbooked" how is that possible! Mind you that II personally went before my check in just to see if the room was already available for an early check in. I was told it wasn't ready but they will call me. I got a call about 1.5 hours after that my room was ready. Upon arriving, I was told the room was overbooked and they didn't have anymore suites available. I was given a standard room with a connecting room that was supposed to be a double bed but instead was 1 bed! To add to it, housekeeping never went (the privacy sign was not posted on neither room door, as they stated). At this point I only asked to take the essentials (toilet paper and towels). Housekeeping went only once (Sunday night) a day before our departure. That is only because I saw them cleaning the rooms on the same floor and I had to ask them them.
