"It was great to have plenty of bedrooms and really interesting being so close to the waves crashing right out side. Amazing views. The motel was older but had everything we needed and there were plenty of heaters to use, and even electric blankets on all the beds. Shower and bathroom was clean with good water pressure. "Bella Vista motels throughout N Z are privately owned and a standard has to be adhered to. This ensures whichever one you stay at they do not disappoint. The fly in the booking through an agent is that they did not inform Bella Vista That we had to have a ground floor. I stated that we needed a ground floor unit as my wife has a bad knee and is unable to bend it. I also stated that I use a walking stick. Also I informed the agency that we were in our mid to late 70's. Expedia! i will never use...
