"This is a nice resort although could do with some improvements considering it is quite a costly hotel compared to others in Vang Vieng... nothing bad but little details ... like better choice of pillows (very bulky so good to provide and flat ones too), more prompt action when water suddenly did not work at all, more options for breakfast, bicycles should be free for guests given the distance from town centre ... the resort is nice and room spacious and clean but the above suggestions would be...

"Just an amazing staff very honest left money in my laundry they returned it they take suck good care of their customers it's unbelievable. It's a place I never want to leave and the staff made it that way. Also the mountain view is unbelievable. I do not have one bad thing to say about this place and I highly recommend it. For English speakers they speak great English and are just great people. Please if you're in this town come to this place you will never regret it "

"The beds are a little hard and not the comfiest, but the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly. They opened the restaurant early for us so we could still have breakfast as we were leaving before the restaurant was open for breakfast, good choice of food available too. "
