However, the staff gave me the key to the storage room which happens to be in the basement: One – serious security breach given that other people‘s luggage was in there. My own had my computer. "The hotel was undergoing renovations- they put us on a room with plastic all over the hallway carpets.workers began around 7.30am it was impossible to sleep. The room was very small - no kettle, no fridge, water provided on first day only. Breakfast buffet food was below average - over cooked and cold. While location was excellent - I did not enjoy this hotel at all."

"Absolutely fantastic! We booked because of the MagC anime Convention and i have to say that the Hotel was one of the reasons this weekend. We will definitely try to go next year. And we will definitely try to get a room in the same Hotel. So awesome! "

"It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered."
