Hair all over the blankets. When we asked them for more pillows they said “f*** you bye”. All we did is politely ask for pillows yet they cursed at us and shut the phone in our face.

Gutes Mittelklassehotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Es liegt sehr günstig am Rand der Altstadt. Fast alle Ziele sind innerhalb einer Viertelstunde fußläufig erreichbar.

Unser Zimmer war klein und für eine Nacht vom Komfort und der Ausstattung völlig in Ordnung. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht so überzeugt, geht vom Angebot und der Buffetdekoration bestimmt noch besser. Die Hotelterrasse ist sehr schön, war aber nach der Hochzeitsfeier vom Abend zuvor noch nicht umgeräumt und zum Frühstücken geeignet.

Vi stannade en natt, kom sent men fick ett bra intryck av hotellet. Bra läge, fem minuter att gå till den mysiga Gamla stan. Positivt att det gick ladda bilen på hotellets parkering. Hade gärna stannat längre eller kommit tillbaka!

Sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal und zuvorkommende schnelle Bedienung. Wir blieben leider nur eine Nacht, kommen aber sehr gerne wieder!

Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr unübersichtlich und dafür werden 5€ pro Nacht genommen. Eine bessere Stellplatzmarkierung fände ich sehr hilfreich. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Danke an das gesamte Team

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt: saubere, gerämige Zimmer, freundlicher Service, angemessenes Frühstücksbuffet. Dennoch habe ich 2 Hinweise. Der erste betrifft die Zimmerreinigung. Ich finde es gut, wenn die Möglichkeit besteht, freiwillig auf Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel zu verzichten. Im Alpha Hotel dreht man den Spieß um. Man muss Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel anmelden, wenn man es wünscht. Auch in Ordnung. Ich habe aber schon erlebt, dass die Hotels für diese Kosten- und Arbeitszeitentlastung einen kleinen Obolus (z.B. 50 ct pro Tag und Zimmer) für einen guten Zweck gespendet haben. Wäre doch eine schöne Geste. Zum 2. Hinweis: Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, alles da, was man sich wünscht. Daher ist es nicht nachzuvollziehen, dass man bei einem Frühstückspreis von 16 € für Spiegeleier oder Omelett extra bezahlen muss ( 5 - 6 Euro). In vielen kleineren Hotels gehört die frische Zubereitung von Spiegeleiern zum Service.

So "lala" würde ich sagen. Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist arg überteuert und sehr spärlich für den Preis. Spiegeleier kosten extra, wo gibt´s denn sowas? Morgens meist kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Zimmerservice nur auf Anfrage. Die Bettlaken sind schon etwas dünn so dass man durch den darunterliegenden wasserdichten Bezug schon leicht ins Schwitzen kommt. Andere Hotels haben hier dickere Bettlaken, das ist angenehmer. Ebenfalls negativ: für den Parkplatz sind pro Nacht 5 Euro fällig. Muss das sein? Bezahlung mit Vorkasse. Ungewöhnlich...

Unterkunft ist sauber, sogar ein Hocker im Bad, auch Haken für Waschlappen, was bei vielen Hotels fehlen. Restaurant in der fünften Etage, mit Außenterrasse, toller Ausblick über die Stadt.

Bester Spot wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte. Sehr viele Rentner dort unterwegs, da ein Rehazentrum in unmittelbarer nähe ist aber perfekt zum abschalten . Japanischer Garten und schöne Landschaften in der nähe als auch die Altstadt zum Essen und Feiern zu Fuß in wenigen minuten erreicbar . Perfekte Lage

Freundlich, modern, sauber, schöner Ausblick

Wir wurden gleich sehr freundlich empfangen, und das war bei allen weiteren Mitarbeiterinnen stets der Fall. Zunächst hatte ich vergessen, Frühstück zu mitzubuchen, aber dies ließ sich einige Tage vorher leicht per E-Mail ergänzen, und der Preis war fair. Das Hotel ist offenbar neu gebaut und in modernem Zustand. Man hat schöne Ausblicke auf Stadt und Fluss. Toll sind die Dachterassen; auf der höchsten kann man sogar frühstücken, da der Frühstücksraum interessanterweise im obersten Stock ist.

Leider sieht man dem Zimmer an, dass es schon etwas älter ist. Das Bett ist sehr niedrig - für seniorige Gäste eine echte Herausforderung. In unserem Zimmer zog es, obwohl das Fenster geschlosse war. Auch hat man das Gefühl das einem die anderen Gäste durchs Zimmer laufen, da die Zimmertür schließt aber nicht "dicht" ist. Man kann den Unterhaltungen auf dem Flur sehr einfach folgen.
