"The receptionist said they don't have a room for us although we had booked about 2 months before arrival! They did not even properly apologize and made the excuse that they didn't have a number to call me! They could obviously contact me through hotels.com What a terrible place. "Staff was great. Room was nice. We got the Apartment which worked well for us to have some light meals in the room with an almost completely separate bedroom from living area. Garage is a little tight if you have a large vehicle."
