"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The room service was excellent, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and having coffee and tea available 24/7 was such a thoughtful and convenient touch! The air conditioning worked perfectly. Another great feature was having a microwave in the room, which was incredibly useful for heating up leftovers. The location was also excellent, making it easy and convenient to get around and explore the area. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!"

"I want to love this property because staff are amazing (although everyone appears to be younger and I’m sensitive to age discrimination) and location really works for me but there are some obvious flaws… the large awkward inner bathroom door being the first, a floating column in the room being another, lighting being yet another (bathroom lighting is awful… too bright, no nightlight sensor), impossible to read bodycare labels, and poorly operable hairdryer and clothing steamer. Bed and linens are good quality, appreciate the complimentary bottled water, and loved the breakfast options and drinks menu (but quality of mixed drinks was uneven). This was my second time here and service has notched up but some things are not keeping up with recent trends and comfort. Still a better than average experience."
