Check in was quick and easy. The room was fine. However, when we went to take a shower, the shower head is broken in such a way that when you turn the water on the shower head turns, toward you. Also, check out was at 11 but we had knocks on the door 3 times prior to then starting at 930. Super annoying as we had long travel beforehand and that day.

The staff was nice and accommodating. However as soon as we arrived, the bathroom was sticky and there was hairs in the shower. The ceiling also had mold and the room smelled, and was dusty.

Very nice staff and the rooms were nice. I just find it odd that it says the place is pet friendly but they don’t seem to friendly towards pets. Can’t walk the let through the lobby and if the pet barks too much they’ll kick you out. My children are twice as loud as my dog, would you kick them out? Lol

Basic. Over all clean. Maybe get rid of brown carpet throughout. Install tilling with some strips of neutral colour carpetting that can easily be rolled up and cleaned.

I always look at my bedding. Sure enough there was a huge stain on the mattress and the mattress pad. The room had a funny smell to it. No maid service on one of the days. The hotel personnel were foreign and their English was terrible: I won’t be taking a staycation there ever again.
