"Very nice room with great bathroom. There was a few stains on the carpet which didn’t bother us so m but it’s a shame having it on light blue carpet. There is a small electric kettle to make tea or coffee which was very helpful after arrival. The only negative thing was the price of parking there £20, which is a extortionate rate for guests of the hotel."

"The hotel is in an excellent position for the city centre. Staff were friendly and caring park has plenty of spaces. We found the flooring to be loud with creaking and the bathroom could do with a deep clean, also a dripping shower need sto be looked at. Comfy bed and spacious room"

"Received a warm welcome when checking in and the rooms were clean and all amenities worked well. Asked for extra tea bags from reception and it was no problem Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The staff were helpful when I request more bread for toast A very pleasant experience - highly recommend"

"This was a 1-night stay for work. I would not normally stay in hotels at service areas, but this has pleasantly surprised me. The room (139) was on the ground floor and was spacious. Shower and toilet were separate from the basin, which did not bother me. TV and WiFi was good. Bed was comfortable, pillows could have been firmer (personal choice). Shower was okay. There was a large desk area to work at. Value wise it was great for the money. As it was in the service area there were a large number of choices of places to eat at, as well as food being served in the hotel."

"Were very pleased with our stay room better than expected had to ask for plug for bath and coffee sachets as had 2 for a 2 night stay but 10 tea bags jacuzzi bath a surpise tried every button but wasnt working ..."

"Room was ok, a little dated but bed was comfortable. The hot water was very hot and the shower control was difficult in terms of a attaining a safe useable temperature. Kitchen is closed Sunday evening and Monday am, we were not aware of that until arrival so we needed to find alternative options for those periods. Staff were helpful and the location is good for A1 access."
