Padma Resort Ubud

Payangan

10/10 Excellent

No complaints whatsoever. Service was excellent, rooms were large, modern and luxurious, facilities were outstanding and the food surprisingly good! The only thing is that the resort was a little bit remote from Ubud centre (about 45 minutes) but that isn't even necessarily a bad thing as it gave us a more peaceful stay. There is a free shuttle from the resort to Ubud centre that runs fairly regularly as well.

Ayung Resort Ubud

Ubud

10/10 Excellent

From the moment we arrived through the beautiful long driveway at Ayung Resort until 7 days later when we reluctantly left, we experienced the real magic of Balinese hospitality and open heartedness of the people. The hotel is astonishingly beautiful (so much nicer than the photos). Every aspect of the layout interior and exterior has been thought out with beauty in mind. The landscaping and gardens are fantastic with pagodas set amongst the trees, pathways to meander along, amazing cravings...

SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta

Ubud

10/10 Excellent

On my sixth trip to Bali I stayed at SereS Springs and it has far exceeded all other properties I have stayed in - including other 5 star resorts. We were greeted at SereS with smiles all round and were instantly impressed with the kindness and helpful attitude of all staff. This didn't stop for our entire stay! Location wise, this is perfect in my opinion. a quick 10 minute drive into the centre of town made easy with an on-demand shuttle and convenience of getting back to SereS by...

Junjungan Ubud Hotel & Spa

Ubud

10/10 Excellent

We spent a wonderful 8 nights being spoilt by the team. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very special. The hotel is small and personal, felt like an Elf house from lord of the rings with the stair rails made from tree branches and the beautiful little carved Balinese door to our room. Suite was large and comfortable. View from the balcony over the rice fields was beautiful and peaceful. If you're looking for a lovely quiet retreat where you get personal service and are made...

Royal Kamuela Villas & Suites at Monkey Forest, Ubud - For Adults Only

Ubud City-Centre

10/10 Excellent

Royal Kamuela is beautiful, the villas are very spacious with a surprisingly large pools and a very relaxing vibe throughout. The staff were great and very attentive to our needs with lots of nice touches to a special honeymoon cake and the bath filled with flower petals, I paid a small amount extra to et the pool filled with petals which was great, over the top luxury that was well worth it for the look on my wife's face. We also used Kamuela to take us on a tour which was travelling in...

Bon Nyuh Bungalows

Gianyar

10/10 Excellent

4 villas only, means peace in the midst of the rice paddies. The villas are extremely well designed - flexible in that they can be 1 bedroom with Lounge or 2 bedrooms divided by bathroom and kitchenette, with plenty if seating on the verandah overlooking the pool. Big bonus is their lovely driver Tunik, who will take you in and oyt of Ubud every day - about 30min and included in your room rate. I will definitely be back

The room was gorgeous with a huge luxuary bathroom with two sinks, a fabulous shower with a seat in it, and two hand basins. The bath in the bathroom was massive and also very beautifully laid out with gorgeous lamps and general decor with Balinese wooden sculptures. The bed was super comfy and pillows sheets and all fittings clean and new and high quality. Im fussy about such things and there was absolutely nothing not to love. The staff are always cleaning to perfection and they are very...
