"Really lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious, bathroom was nice, the pool was lovely (although I didn’t actually have time for a proper swim) and so were the staff The bed wasn’t the comfiest on planet Earth and there wasn’t much natural light in the room, but the area is so beautiful I’m not sure why you’d need to stay in there for too long anyway."

"Very spacious, clean and comfortable room with a great view. Just a short walk to restaurants, pier, shops and pedestrian area. We were worried about street noise at night but the thick glass door kept it quiet inside. The room was a little warm at night with the balcony door closed but there was no screen door and we had issues with mosquitoes when we tried to keep the door open. Parking was free and convenient right outside the hotel door. There were lots of good restaurants, a nice walk on the water and lots of gelato. We were only there for one night and wished we could have stayed longer."

"Really enjoyed the cookie at the check-in and our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There was a strange smell each time we returned to the room, where the taps and shower hadn’t been in use, but overall a good stay. "We felt mislead by the pictures on Expedia. It looked amazing and it said it was a 4 star resort. It was neither. We literally looked for other hotels to move to in the middle of the night because they had a pool party that was so noisy. The room was absolutely horrendous. The suite had two levels. The living floor’s ac did not work and they could not fix it. The lower level felt like a dungeon. The only positive is that the front desk people (we dealt with two) were nice and tried their best. It felt like they were alone in there. We did not see any other staff at all. Overall, We had a horrible experience there and we absolutely feel mislead and robbed of our money. "
