LIVING ZONE

Once you open the front door, you will be greeted by the living area, with a kitchen suitable for all your needs, a dining table, two sofas that convert into 2 single beds and another double bed if necessary, and a Smart TV with Netflix access.



MASTER SUITE

Moving on to the sleeping area, we have the master bedroom.

The elegant and comfortable double bed is set in a relaxing and timeless space, where the warm light is accentuated.

Opposite the bed is a spacious and practical walk-in wardrobe that will give you the opportunity to store and organise all your clothes, while to the side of the wardrobe is another smart TV with access to Netlix.



BATHROOM

Well-distributed lighting creates a relaxing atmosphere, while well-organised spaces and functional furniture ensure efficiency. In addition to all the main sanitary facilities you will also find a washing machine and an iron with ironing board so that you can comfortably wash, dry and iron your clothes.



OUTDOOR TERRACE

A space all your own where you can relax and eat with the view and relaxation provided by the residence\'s swimming pool, a unique touch that will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.



In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.



There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
