"Staff were so wonderful and helpful, very accommodating and polite. Room was a great size especially for Europe and having a mini fridge in the room was chefs kiss!! Location was a quick walk to bus or metro to get to everything within 20-30mins but stay outside enough to have quiet nights. My only complaint was the breakfast was a bit more limited than I was expecting and the scrambled eggs had a weird taste to them, and a lot of meat which I don’t eat, so i mostly stuck to pastries and yogurt each morning. Good selection of fruit too."

"We liked the location and the staff of the hotel. The hotel is only 20 minutes from Barcelona city center, with a metro and bus stop a few minutes' walk away. There is a local shopping mall, Diagonal Mar, five minutes away if you like to eat and shop like the locals, but the mall, like many shops here, closes on Sundays. The staff in the hotel are helpful and greet you warmly. When we had an issue with the AC in our room, Lea at the front desk helped us change rooms and also accompanied us to ensure we were OK. We appreciated Lea's assistance and prompt response. The only thing we would like to have in this hotel is a swimming pool, which would be perfect in this hot weather so we wouldn't have to walk to the beach, which is 20 minutes away. We would stay in this hotel on our next trip."
